Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and correspondence with customers in English;
- Receiving and promptly processing information from the online shop;
- Product consultation;
- Coordination of order processing (glasses, lenses, sunglasses, etc.);
- Communication with suppliers regarding the product range;
- Monitoring the timely execution of orders;
- Assisting with product returns and exchanges.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English (not lower than B2 — C1);
- Work experience (1+ year) in customer support (customer service);
- Higher education or college-level qualification;
- Work experience (1+ year) with a CRM system (Zendesk / Salesforce Desk / Freshdesk, etc.);
- Ability to type quickly;
- Numeracy (calculating discount amounts, surcharges, and refunds for orders);
- Customer focus;
- Attention to detail;
- Punctuality;
- Responsibility;
- Self-organisation;
- Results-oriented;
- Self-motivation;
- Ability to collaborate with different types of clients;
- Experience in optics / ophthalmology is welcome (but not essential);
- Full-time, long-term cooperation (permanent).
