Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and correspondence with customers in English;
  • Receiving and promptly processing information from the online shop;
  • Product consultation;
  • Coordination of order processing (glasses, lenses, sunglasses, etc.);
  • Communication with suppliers regarding the product range;
  • Monitoring the timely execution of orders;
  • Assisting with product returns and exchanges.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English (not lower than B2 — C1);
  • Work experience (1+ year) in customer support (customer service);
  • Higher education or college-level qualification;
  • Work experience (1+ year) with a CRM system (Zendesk / Salesforce Desk / Freshdesk, etc.);
  • Ability to type quickly;
  • Numeracy (calculating discount amounts, surcharges, and refunds for orders);
  • Customer focus;
  • Attention to detail;

  • Results-oriented;
  • Self-motivation;
  • Ability to collaborate with different types of clients;
  • Experience in optics / ophthalmology is welcome (but not essential);
