We’re a small, fully remote team managing the online presence and growth of a medical brand on Amazon and other marketplaces. We’re currently overbooked with work and need an extra set of eyes and ears to help run day-to-day routine work, and handle some of the workload.
Requirements:
This is hands-on, operational support work with the account, and platforms (Amazon, WordPress, etc.) — not managing people and not client-facing. The day-to-day is practical tasks that demand accuracy and care:
- uploading materials and content to marketplaces;
- maintaining and regularly updating spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets);
- making routine adjustments and edits to listings following clear instructions;
- entering and updating product data (titles, descriptions, attributes, prices);
- monitoring basic metrics and putting together simple reports;
- checking details and catching errors.

Who we’re looking for:
- strong attention to detail;
- reliability and discipline;
- follows instructions precisely
- able to work independently without constant supervision;
- comfortable working in English;
- solid basic skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
Marketplace experience is a plus but not required — we train over the first months. Since we work with a medical brand, accuracy and precision with data really matter, as well as proficiency in English.
