International manufacturing company, located in Odessa, is seeking Se Procurement specialist to join our logistic team. This is multi-task role which involves procurement, stock management, production logistics with some warehouse logistics. We consider for this role both experienced candidates and young professionals willing to develop their expertise in the field of supply chain.
Knowledge and Skills
- Higher education with 3+ years in logistics, procurement, or analytics (experience in an international manufacturing company is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms 2020, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with LEAN, 5S (preferred), and FIFO methodologies.
- English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle large datasets and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-discipline, and prioritization.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve delivery issues.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage delivery schedules, ensuring smooth and timely material flow to production.
- Coordinate component supplies and inventory across internal and external partners.
- Oversee international shipments (Europe, Africa, China) — logistics, documentation, and payments.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels to maintain efficient turnover and reduce costs.
- Prepare and track production plans based on forecasts and customer orders.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate better commercial terms.
- Ensure all logistics and procurement operations meet legal and environmental standards.
