Head of content

Partner company is looking for a Head of Content / Media Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the team of writers / editors (international team);
  • Managing a media project (up to 15 people);
  • Conducting information research;
  • Developing new ideas for content — articles, visuals, videos (possibly) — and creating tasks for writers / designers;
  • Checking texts written by other writers to meet communication goals, proofreading / editing texts if necessary;
  • Writing articles / social media posts /speaking points if necessary;
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across all produced copy;
  • Updating information in internal database;
  • Participating in content plan development;
  • Project monetisation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in copywriting / digital communications / online journalism. media management;
  • Advanced English;
  • Portfolio;
  • Understanding specifics of different content types: social media posts, articles, ads, mails, visuals;
  • Readiness to dive deep into complex tech topics and deliver results within tight deadlines;
  • Ability to process large volumes of information and attention to details;
  • Creativity.

Nice to have:

  • Outreach & pitching experience would be a plus;
  • Understanding of tools related to digital communication: social media, SEO, outreach;
  • Management skills (preferably in media projects).
