Responsibilities:
- participation in legal support of Antitrust & Competitio issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels.
- drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers);
- PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc);
- monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
- general legal support for projects of the practice.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of relevant experience;
- university degree in Law;
- excellent knowledge of Ukrainian Antitrust & Competitio issues will be an advantage;
- advanced English is a must;
- proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
- analytical and strategic thinking;
- experienced PC, Liga user;
- ability to work with extensive volumes of information under tight deadlines.
