This data supports the Sales and Marketing teams by populating and maintaining an accurate CRM database.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on potential and existing customers within focus markets
- Collect and verify data on companies, key decision-makers, and relevant contact information
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and complete lead data
- Support outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns with high-quality research
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead research with ICP criteria
- Use LinkedIn, business directories, and data enrichment tools to gather lead information
- Track and analyze research efficiency and lead quality metrics
- Develop and execute lead research strategy aligned with sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead research or data entry
- Ability to collect and verify 100+ quality leads/day
- Confident use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
- Good analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems (PipeDrive)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or IT outsourcing domains
