We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Recruitment Team Lead to guide, inspire, and grow a team of four recruiters. If you’re energized by finding smart, creative solutions and see recruitment as a business function — not just filling roles — we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support a team of 4 recruiters, ensuring high performance and growth;
- Improve and scale recruiting processes with a data-driven and business-focused approach;
- Own and drive recruitment plans to ensure timely and high-quality hires;
- Personally contribute to hiring for key or complex roles;
- Monitor recruitment analytics and optimize funnel performance;
- Bring fresh ideas to sourcing and candidate engagement strategies;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and understand business needs.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including at least 6 months in a lead, mentoring, or coordination role;
- Completed courses in IT recruitment;
- Solid understanding of IT roles, terminology, and market dynamics;
- Proven sourcing skills and a creative approach to candidate outreach;
- Strong HR interview skills and ability to evaluate both hard and soft skills;
- Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with data and extracting insights;
- Well-organized, disciplined, and able to multitask effectively;
- Stress-resistant, rational, and able to keep a cool head under pressure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
