IT Recruitment Lead

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Recruitment Team Lead to guide, inspire, and grow a team of four recruiters. If you’re energized by finding smart, creative solutions and see recruitment as a business function — not just filling roles — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support a team of 4 recruiters, ensuring high performance and growth;
  • Improve and scale recruiting processes with a data-driven and business-focused approach;
  • Own and drive recruitment plans to ensure timely and high-quality hires;
  • Personally contribute to hiring for key or complex roles;
  • Monitor recruitment analytics and optimize funnel performance;
  • Bring fresh ideas to sourcing and candidate engagement strategies;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and understand business needs.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including at least 6 months in a lead, mentoring, or coordination role;
  • Completed courses in IT recruitment;
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, terminology, and market dynamics;
  • Proven sourcing skills and a creative approach to candidate outreach;
  • Strong HR interview skills and ability to evaluate both hard and soft skills;
  • Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with data and extracting insights;
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and able to multitask effectively;
  • Stress-resistant, rational, and able to keep a cool head under pressure;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
