The Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will work directly with the Senior Director Of Data (based in New York City) and various data team members to clean, organize, and manage our various client-facing databases and ensure timely and accurate entry of new data.
The working day will be from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (UA Time, including an hour for a break). The mandatory time reference is 8 am-5 pm ET time, taking into account the changes in Ukraine for summer and winter time.
Key requirements:
- 1−3 years working in a data entry role
- Upper to intermediate Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Upper-intermediate or higher writing and speaking English level.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Proficiency with online research.
- Interest in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining large complex data sets.
- High attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Self-organization.
- Self-motivation.
Would be a plus:
- Last year student or Degree in linguistics.
- Experience with data analysis, data quality, and data entry.
- Knowledge specific of capital markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with our Senior Director Of Data (based in New York City) and various data team members ensuring all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
- Utilizing google sheets and excel formulas to enhance work flow process
- Organizing and maintaining a Google Sheets and CRM database of transactions.
- Monitoring daily data feeds and email inboxes ensuring timely data entry with high attention to detail.
- Working with customer requests and responding in a timely manner.
- Performing data verification on existing email transactions to ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Researching and managing additional information and data sets that complement our existing and future services.
- At the end of these processes this would involve checking the various documents on our company website to ensure data accuracy with documentation.
- Working with our sales and support teams to support data entry duties in various spheres for Finsight Group Inc.
