We are looking for Analyst at Structured Finance
What the job involves:
- support in providing economical evaluation/efficiency of the financial projects;
- preparation of analytical and presentation materials for senior management (due diligence, competitive analysis, valuation, investment analysis, etc.);
- financial modeling incl. participation in preparation of the Group’s financial model;
- monitoring of financial covenants and other restrictions, embedded in the structure of the financial instruments, as well as maintenance of managerial reporting and information requirements;
- development and perfection of internal and external reporting formats/standards.
Our expectations:
- a master’s degree in Finance or Economics;
- min 4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, Big 4 or corporate side;
- english — advanced/fluent;
- outstanding analytical and modelling skills, attention to details, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, team player, strategic/big picture thinking, research skills;
- CFA, CIMA, ACCA, etc. is a plus;
- team work.
