Our client — an international digital marketing company — is looking for experienced Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the creative studio, maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, and devising strategies to increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and identify new clients for the creative studio using various lead generation tools and strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with current clients to ensure their needs are met, address any concerns, and provide updates on project progress. This includes managing client expectations and building strong relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and designers, ensuring that client requirements are clearly communicated and that projects align with their vision.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments. Analyze these trends to provide insights and recommendations for studio development, ensuring the studio remains competitive and innovative.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and client satisfaction. Use this data to refine strategies and improve overall studio performance.
- Handle various administrative duties related to client management and project oversight, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating client records.
Requirements:
- Experience working in creative studios
- Understanding and experience with lead generation tools and strategies, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools, to effectively identify and acquire potential clients.
- Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Clickup etc) will be a plus.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and negotiation. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) will be a plus.
- Skills in managing client expectations, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction. Ability to analyze customer feedback and improve processes.
