Responsibilities:
- Legal Support. Provide legal advice and guidance on GDPR, IP, IT, employment, and other regulatory matters to departments such as video team, marketing, and operations, ensuring compliance and managing associated risks.
- Contract Drafting. Assist with reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various contracts and agreements, including commercial contracts, service, partnership, purchase, distribution, agency and licensing agreements.
- Full circle of legal maintenance of mobile app activities. Drafting terms of use, privacy, and cookie policies and ensuring compliance with consumer rights and regulatory requirements for mobile apps across multiple jurisdictions.
- Regulatory Compliance. Monitor changes in laws and regulations, particularly related to data protection, intellectual property, marketing, payment, and consumer rights, and ensure the company remains compliant.
Requirements:
- Up to 2−3 years working experience, preferably in law firms, IT startups or companies.
- Working knowledge of: — data and privacy issues; — IP law; — general product development considerations.
- Experience working with different jurisdictions (with a focus on North America and Europe).
- Professional fluency in English. Other EU languages are a plus (e.g. Polish).
