We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our team. The main responsibilities include working with different markets, fulfilling our hiring needs within different sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle: gathering requirements, communicating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, posting, searching, interviewing, guiding candidates through the process up to the offer stage, maintaining quality communication with candidates, and providing timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers
- Closing roles of various seniority levels, meeting set deadlines
- Working with different markets, conducting salary analysis
- Maintaining internal systems, populating the candidate database
- Collaborating with a sourcer
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, familiarity with Linkedin, Boolean search, X-Ray etc
- Experience with technical and non-technical roles
- Multitasking, ability to switc between tasks and responsibilities
- Positive attitude, willingness to work in a team
