As an HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our workplace environment by organizing engaging events, supporting implementation best HR practices, and ensuring our team members feel valued and appreciated.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing performance evaluation process & assessments.
- Building a collaborative culture by organizing team-building events (both online and onsite)
- participating in Employer branding activities
- HR budget execution
- Managing birthday and work anniversary greetings to employees, enhancing workplace morale and fostering a positive company culture
- Conduct exit interviews
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, and/or other relevant fields;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English required.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills, able to communicate complex information and deliver verbal and written messages effectively.
Work format: hybrid, Kyiv office (m. Nyvki)
