Affiliate-менеджер (QC)

Requirements

  • Experience in Affiliate of at least 6 months;
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming vertical;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with partners and colleagues in both Russian and English;
  • Analytical skills and ability to extract useful information from extensive data;
  • Excellent command of office programs (MS Office and Google Docs);
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Will be plus

  • Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and other languages will be a big plus.

  • Ability to articulate thoughts concisely both verbally and in writing;

Responsibilities

  • Communication review according to internal regulations, instructions, and company policies;
  • Compilation of detailed reports for each reviewed dialogue;
  • Compiling service quality reports, with recommendations for improvement.
  • Providing feedback to managers and TL based on review results, including constructive recommendations for enhancing communication effectiveness and quality.
  • Systematic monitoring and response to changes in partner requirements and needs.
