Business Development Manager (Hunter Sales)

Business Jets is a well-known international aviation company which offers personalized business aviation services. At Business Jets, we organize private jet flights for both professional purposes and leisure. Our dedicated team provides top-notch service to meet the specific requirements of each client. We focus on developing comprehensive solutions for discerning individuals and corporations, including on-demand charter services, medical evacuation, aircraft leasing options, and much more. We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager for our new and unique B2B project. We are looking for an expert with the excellent commercial profile of a startup hunter. This individual will aim to attract as many qualified prospects as possible, plan meetings in order to convert them into customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Help analyze the needs of customers, research the market & related products and present products or services to customers in a professional manner.
  • Listen to customer requirements and makes appropriate presentations to get new customers onboard.
  • Use various strategies, including cold calling, emailing and networking, to identify and connect with prospective clients, customers or partners to schedule meetings.
  • Respond to emails and telephone calls.
  • Work mainly in the office and occasionally on the «field», to find clients and negotiate services.
  • Approach mainly Business-to-Business (B2B) and if/when required Business-to-Customer (B2C) sectors.
  • Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods.
  • Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads.
  • Compile lists of potential leads to contact with information.
  • Develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads in junction with the rest of the team.
  • Collaborate with the team and partners to identify and convert prospective customers.
  • Attend networking events to build and maintain professional relationships (if/when applicable).
  • Create long-term value for businesses by finding new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Report to the Business Development Director, who measures their progress by tracking the meetings they schedule or prospects/partners they recruit.
  • Undertake other ways to improve business’s operations, including finding new ways to find new leads.
  • Work to find new opportunities for the company, they research and qualify leads before scheduling a meeting.
  • Work to meet quotas or key performance indicators.
  • Has weekly, quarterly and annual quotas to measure various metrics, such as the number of sent emails, phone calls and scheduled meetings.
  • Daily reports on customer interactions in the company’s CRM.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Business school or a validated diploma ranging from a level high-school +3 to +5.
  • Experience mastering commercial data, organizing and implementing prospecting strategies, mastering negotiation, cold calls, customer appointments, account management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
