We are an investment fund founded in Ukraine, with a primary focus on SMART investments. Our partner project, Tips.gg, is a rapidly growing sports product with an audience of over 1 million users per month. We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Outreach Specialist to help create content collaborations with major web resources and improve our brand recognition in Western markets.
🔖 Criteria:
- 1+ years of experience as an Outreach Specialist or PR Manager;
- Written and verbal communication skills: obtaining feedback, negotiating content placement, agreeing on prices, discounts, and deadlines;
- Ability to work with content and copywriters: selecting relevant topics, setting tasks for content and illustrations, monitoring execution, and checking quality;
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
⚙️ Main tasks:
- Searching for resources to place content, project widgets, and banners;
- Communicating and updating the contact base (webmasters, journalists, marketing departments, etc.);
- Generating ideas for PR content and managing the full cycle of its preparation (texts, graphic illustrations, etc.);
- Distributing materials: agreeing on prices, placement locations, deadlines, and monitoring execution;
- Monitoring payments, reporting, and tracking contractor agreement violations.
📝 Our expectations from the candidate:
- ~10 high-quality PR placements per month;
- A clear vision of the content campaign strategy;
- Engagement in the project and collaboration with other company departments;
- Searching for and implementing non-standard solutions to accomplish tasks, with a willingness to experiment and test personal hypotheses;
- Proactivity and interest in the sports industry as a whole.
