Responsibilities:
- Incorporation of companies, their administration, M&A and other corporate matters;
- Conducting research and analysis of the various corporate matters;
- Filling up the compliance documentation provided by the service provides;
- Preparing the legal documents and taking an active role in preparing legal memorandums in the business area of the company;
- Negotiations with the foreign financial institutions (Banks and EMIs) as for the terms of cooperation and account opening;
- Filling up the applications and other forms for corporate and private accounts opening;
- Following up the news in International business law;
- Performing other legal tasks provided by the team leader.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law of the leading Ukrainian university;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability to work in moving-fast environment;
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical and legal writing skills.
