Finance Specialist

About the Company: ALLSTARSIT is an international outstaffing service provider that helps businesses recruit, pay, insure, and support top global talent with payroll, benefits, and more. The company specializes in software development services for clients across diverse industries such as cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, telecommunications, media, and more. ALLSTARSIT is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payment processes, client billing, and financial systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on global payment processing and client billing.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as Fieldglass, SAP, and Taulia is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in payment tracking and financial software.
  • Ability to work from ALLSTARSIT Kyiv office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an international finance environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of payment systems and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Setup:

  • Set up and manage payments across various banks worldwide, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international banking standards.
  • Monitor and execute cross-border transactions, maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.

Client Billing and Charging:

  • Manage the full cycle of client charging, including issuing invoices, sending them to clients, and following up to ensure timely payment.
  • Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.

Client Systems Management:

  • Work within clients internal financial systems, including but not limited to Fieldglass, SAP, and Taulia. Experience with these systems is highly desirable.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in client systems.

Payment Tracking:

  • Track and reconcile payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve any payment delays or discrepancies, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Payment Systems Management:

  • Manage and operate within various payment systems, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest payment processing technologies and methods to enhance department efficiency.
