REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a researcher
- Experience in using various resources, websites, etc., for candidate sourcing
- Good communication skills, responsibility, and creativity in finding suitable candidates
- Be result-oriented
- Upper intermediate level of English and good command of Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quick candidate sourcing for various vacancies from different platforms
- Primary communication
- Close cooperation with recruiter
- Planning the search strategy and ensuring a constant flow of candidates
- Entry of candidates into our internal database
- Providing feedback to the team and candidates at all stages of the process
