Since the founding of Ottobock, serving international markets has been a supporting pillar of company development. Ukraine is one of the focus countries for the Organisation now. Ottobock Ukraine is a newly opened entity, which is currently under a set up phase. In the role of Technical Sales Lead (Clinical Solution Expert), you will have a responsibility to support Sales Team and Customers with product knowledge & patients fitting expertise, drive networks between clinical and established specialists, contributing to overall market quality development and Ottobock brand growth. Your goal is to support establishment of Ottobock Ukraine presence for the entire Ottobock product portfolio in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilites
- Conducting technical training courses on Ottobock products including certification.
- Technical support for the sales team.
- Supporting customers with complex treatments, if necessary & further development of customers technical skills/abilities
- Analysis of customer needs, product and customer potential
- Establishing and maintaining networks between clinical and established specialists (orthopedists and trauma surgeons), specialist dealers (orthopedic technical workshops), cost bearers and other disciplines (e.g. at medical congresses)
- Advising and training the above-mentioned target groups on the functional, therapeutic and economic benefits of Ottobock products and services
- Conception, planning and integration of topics with operational/tactical and, if applicable, strategic relevance and impact for sales
- Disciplinary management of C-Fab employees
Requirements:
- Certified prosthetics technician
- 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Affinity to medical technology products or the environment
- Excellent intercultural & communication skills
- Team & goal oriented
- Proactive
- Knowledge of MS Office desirable
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- English and/or German — intermediate or upper
