We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of International Lawyer.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of professional experience in M&A, private investments, non-standard transactions, and related areas;
- Experience in communications with banks, platforms, media, and PR departments;
- Proven experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance;
- Ability to manage complex negotiations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders;
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts;
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;
- Law degree from a reputable institution; an international LL.M degree is a plus;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English;
- Advanced English proficiency (C1), which will be assessed during the interview.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising on commercial contracts, negotiations, and related legal matters;
- Structuring various M&A transactions, including drafting SPA, SHA, LOI, etc.;
- Managing banking relationships, including the opening, maintenance, and compliance of bank accounts;
- Handling diverse legal projects and providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s business operations.
