We are looking for talented and motivated Senior Associate for our White-Collar Crime Practice.

Professionals at LCF Law Group successfully accompany criminal cases in the field of service offenses, economic crimes, crimes in the field of intellectual property, and also provide support in certain procedural issues of criminal proceedings.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in criminal defense within the corporate sector, with a proven ability to represent clients effectively during pre-trial investigations and in court, including before the High Anti-Corruption Court
- Advanced English (C2)
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and maintain a client-oriented mindset
- Skilled in developing and executing legal strategies for defending clients in white-collar crime cases
- Ability to convey complex legal information clearly and effectively in both written and oral forms
- Proven skills in managing disputes and negotiating favorable outcomes for clients
- Strong drafting skills for legal documents, opinions, and written consultations
- Experience in managing legal projects and ensuring their timely and successful completion.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to excel in white-collar crime practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement legal positions, tactics, and strategies to defend clients interests during pre-trial investigations and in court proceedings
- Provide representation in court and before law enforcement agencies, managing all aspects of criminal cases
- Draft and review legal documents, including opinions and written consultations relevant to criminal defense
- Engage in effective communication and correspondence with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness to their needs
- Manage legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
