Who we are looking for

Are you a talented and analytical problem solver with a passion for Salesforce? We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our Salesforce CRM platform.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Collaborating closely with various teams, including sales, customer service, development, marketing, design, and product, to leverage Salesforce’s capabilities and optimize Sales, Marketing, Support, and Billing processes across the entire Wildix organization
  • Translating complex business challenges into efficient solutions, taking charge of designing and modeling effective process solutions
  • Hands-on configuration and development of Salesforce features, including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, and Flows
  • Embracing a team-oriented approach, fostering collaboration, and supporting your colleagues with a positive attitude

What You Bring to the Team

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Experience in at least one of the following Salesforce Modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Pardot
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective interaction with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Salesforce: The Customer Company Administrator Certification (ADM-201, ADM-211, ADM-301)

Salesforce: The Customer Company Platform App Builder Certification
