- Management and support of investment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations with clients (startups or existing companies), including preparation of legal opinions;
- Opening corporate and merchant accounts;
- Assessment and elimination of business risks;
- Participation in meetings and conference calls with clients from the CIS, EU and Asia;
- Increasing the level of sales for customers with the support of the sales department;
- Preparation of legal consultations, drafts of legal documents, proposals and responses to client requests;
- Communication with state bodies, foreign banks, lawyers, accountants, notaries, etc.;
- Cooperation with cross-functional and regional teams and providing support on legal issues of varying complexity;
- Registration of paying agents in certain jurisdictions;
- Drafting of various contracts, such as S&PA, PAA, SPA, SHA, etc.;
- Conducting legal audit, due diligence and checks of counterparties;
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in international law;
- Experience in opening accounts in international banks;
- Experience in opening companies in various international jurisdictions;
- English language at the upper-intermediate level and above;
- Desire to develop in gambling\invest\crypto areas;
- Project management skills and hands-on experience managing multiple legal projects.
