Key Responsibilities:
- Salary Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the salary process, including calculation, accounting, and data reconciliation.
- Accounting Transactions: Manage the accounting of accruals and payment transactions using the 1C accounting program.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the treasury, finance, HR, and legal teams to organize and launch financial processes.
- Salary Budgeting: Maintain an up-to-date salary table and oversee the planned salary budget to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Financial Data Management: Prepare, reconcile, consolidate, aggregate, and analyze financial data on a monthly basis across company projects.
- Additional Duties: Support the finance team with other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education in finance, economics, banking, or accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a Big4 or audit company.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of the 1C accounting program is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and think critically and structurally.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (Intermediate level or higher).
- Work Ethic: Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player.
