E-commerce Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the e-com stream (several projects in different categories).
  • Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies aligned with projects goals
  • Managing and optimizing online sales channels, such as websites, social media, and online marketplaces
  • Creating and managing e-commerce budgets, including advertising and promotion spend
  • Configure task management systems and organize workflows within the projects
  • Analyzing e-commerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
  • Prepare reports and present achieved results.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong E-com background, with experience of cooperation with main Ukraine marketplaces
  • Managing teams and effectively cooperate cross-functionally
  • Bachelors degree is a plus. e.g. in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in e-commerce, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate the team, set key KPIs, experience in conducting one-on-one meetings, solving complex issues, delegating processes, and controlling their execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and results.
  • Experience in process automatization.
  • Strong written and verbal English & Ukrainian.
