Call centre operator, customer service specialist (Portuguese, Spanish)

We also invest in the fight against gambling addiction, help players cope with crisis situations, and monitor age restrictions for players.

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will be the liaison between our company and our clients. You will closely interact with Portuguese-speaking customers (online chats and calls), handling incoming requests and addressing any concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Upper-Intermediate or Advanced Portuguese and Spanish;
  • You are positive, attentive and easy-going person;
  • Disciplined, punctual, diligent and responsible mindset;
  • You are a fast learner with ability to manage multiple responsibilities;
  • No matter what experience you have — we will teach you everything.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming chats/calls from customers and advise on the site and our products (we will teach you all the details in 2 weeks);
  • Ensure a friendly atmosphere in communication with customers;
  • Communicate with customers in a customer-centric manner to resolve issues and provide the best possible customer experience;
  • Internal documents translation.
